You Are Not Alone

Pima County Health Department has teamed up with La Frontera to increase access to mental healthcare services for youth and young adults, ages 24 and under, living in Pima County. 

 

Eligibility:   

  1. Must be 24 years old or younger.  
  2. Must live in Pima County. 
  3. Parent/Legal Guardian must provide consent if you are 17 years old or younger. 

If you need help talking to your parent(s)/legal guardian(s) about mental health support, here are some TIPS! 

Services: 

  • Up to 5 free therapy sessions. 
  • Available in all languages, including American Sign Language. 
  • Available in person or virtually. 

Instructions:

  1. Fill out the form below. Don’t worry, it takes less than 5 minutes!
  2. Have a chat with us. A team member will reach out by phone within three business days to :
      • Collect some basic information.
      • Speak to a parent/legal guardian to gain consent for you to participate if you are under the age of 17.
      • Schedule your first session.
